We can hate God only if we imply that not only God is moral, but God is pure good. For the purpose of answering this question, I'm not going to use a strictly modern Christian idea of God, and I'll open the concept a bit more. It is said that we've been created to God's image, but is there anything ...

Depends on the psychologist. If ever she believes in psychoanalysis or some other kind of outdated pseudoscience, if I were you, I wouldn't tell her, because in that case she surely believes that autism is a form of psychosis due to neglect from your mother.

I think this isn't a bad thing to do a blood test to check once a year even with an apparently healthy child because sometimes there are surprises. Some kinds of nutrient deficiencies are very common even in western countries, like iron, vitamin C and vitamin D for example, even with a balanced diet...

No difference in my experience. The only things that work for me, counting what currently works and what worked when I was a student, are caffeine, some plants (like hawthorn) and prescription drugs. Beware of food supplements like magnesium because in excess, they can trigger kidney stones so they ...

I'm not the OP, but Miss, what method are you describing? Is that immersing yourself without the proper structure of other methods? Also, I always had a burning passion to build things, but I'm not sure if I can understand the logic of programming. I find logic boring anyway. I wish I was a more lo...

Just before giving any advice : the first question you should ask yourself is what kind of things you want to do. Websites ? Applications ? Fixing computers ? This will already give you a very first direction. And then try by yourself. Take a look at real examples (simple examples, of course) of the...

When I was little, I was scared of sitting on the toilet because I believed that the flush could swallow me.
And I was terrified of going to MacDonald's because I believed that Ronald McDonald lived there and I've always found clowns scary.

I combine the cell phone, the computer and a watch for alarms. Because I need to turn off one or several devices sometimes when I know I'm going to go on Internet and I can't help it (which is something I currently should do... I should be working right now and I'm on WP instead ! LOL). I think it's...

I couldn't bear the strong noise and lights, and I have dyspraxia. I would perform great in breakdance bloopers. Enough said

Life is meaningless. It's inherently absurd the way it is. The whole universe is. We're just inventing meaning to comfort ourselves. It means freedom. We aren't forced to choose a path. All paths are open. It's not as if you could have a God of pure love too. Something can exist only by contrast wit...

I'm not sure if materialistic is the right kind of word. Maybe the thing is more about getting attached in general. Both to others and to things. For me, even more to people I love the most and my pets. Not that I'm clingy, it's more that if they leave me and never return, I can't bear it, I'm menta...

Same diagnosis as you, except I have anxiety problems as well(GAD). I was previously seeing a therapist who was convinced that my problems were the result of childhood psychological trauma, so both the ADHD and ASD diagnoses have been a bit a surprise to me. A change of diagnosis in effect, althoug...

How do I manage... With difficulty. Sensory issues are even worse with that. It's difficult to work at home and focus, I need to make the room look like a prison cell LOL. I had medications before, but I stopped almost all of them. I noticed that I started having memory issues because of them, as we...

Do people stare cuz you have Aspergers or another health problem? Personally, people feel that there's something abnormal. My bad motricity, the way I move and speak. Not always immediately, I've noticed that adults take time to notice with a few exceptions (people with a social or paramedical job)...

It makes me very uncomfortable, since I was a kid. Because staring often came with insults. Like, they stare at you during a minute and say something like "hey you, ret*d !" with a silly voice. It's sometimes caused me to panic and scream so people deduced that I was insane. So sinc...

I suffer from the same flaw as you, but let me start talking about astrophysics or computers, people told me t...
