Last few weeks I've found myself caught up in the middle of a neighborhood dispute. My mind wants to find a neat outcome, but the people, potential conflict and communications side are overwhelming me towards burn out. I need to get out of this somehow. Aaagh!

For the last year or so my anxiety allows 1 day of relaxation every 3 weeks or so. Over the years I have had counselling with 3 or 4 people who meant well but have not resonated.
