...IT SHOULDN'T HAVE GONE WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE! :( I did it right! It went thru right! :x And there's still the replacement not coming :( ... And it seems kind of questionable, anyway, that, having as little tech as I had, I could have gotten in touch with and believed by the card c...

Would you look at this? Another ASS P BS thread with 200+ responses. Now the mods here told me if he annoys you so much, just ignore him. But Ezras has pointed out the big problem with this--newbies need to know what he is. In any other forum of this type, this behaviour would never be tollerated. ...

Prostitution and all drugs would be legalized. People harmed by these laws would be compensated by the state (preferably the money would come from police pension funds) and their records expunged. Police and jail as we know them would be abolished. They are unconstitutional and would horrify the fou...

he visited my aspie meetup group a few years back, and while I wasn't there at that time, my fellow group members concurred that he was indeed homeless and ragged. he is NOT faking it IMHO. he is a real human being who is really homeless, he is very high-need but i'd be high need also if I were in ...

The mod squad here has actually told me that they give you a longer leash than some people because they recognise you as a mental health trainwreck. I dont think they should, because in spite of this you are clearly also very intelligent and high functioning. I see a manipulative person who likes t...

I see the Galaxy Class of Star Trek as Star Fleets attempt to build a super starship. No mere heavy cruiser like its Ambassador class predecessor, this would be a ship capable of anything. What they got was an over designed monstrosity with a tendency to explode, and requiring huge and plucky crews ...

I wish America would learn from the example of many other countries that legalized and regulated it. but amuurica can learn nothing from nobody, it seems. US laws with regard to it are like the drug laws--extremely hypocritical BS intended largely as class and racial warfare that cause far, far mor...

Everybody: GF IS NT, that much is clear to me. He had anxiety issues that he "treated" with some new age mumbo jumbo, but he was/is never an autie and or aspie. Historygal said that too and I agree with you. If he says he was diagnosed, I say so what. These diagnoses are frequently wrong.

A while ago I used the word "Neurotypicals" when talking to family, and the reaction that I got was "oh, another label". I wasn't using the word in a derogatory way or anything, but it was interesting to note the reaction. We do need to be careful about how what we say could be ...
