Whatsapp. Voice message or text message?

As you know, you can send a normal text message or voice message on Whatsapp. Can you explain which you would prefer and why?

I have no idea what Whatsapp is, and the name is so annoying I don't want to find out.

I've never left a voice message for anyone in my life (on the phone etc.)

I guess that means I'm voting for text, but not on Whatsapp.

Text message. I hate voice messages, on every kind of platform. I also hate talking on the phone

I have WhatsApp, I rather text message people. I use voice message before, I also use video chat. I hate voice message, my voice sounds like a little girl, cuz of my Cerebral Pasly. I leave voice messages with my friend that lives in Brazil, so we can hear each other voices, she loved my voice, something wrong with her, I hate my voice. I have other messengers I use. Texting is easier for me, I can take my time.

Voice message it seemed easier after to do after I was in hospital for nearly 2 years

I’d prefer the good old phone calls over text, it really depends on the person though. If it’s someone close, it’s usually voice but text is for everyone else, but it takes me almost forever to come up with a sentence.

I use text phone calls e-mail Signal and Facebook Messenger to talk with friends and family. Signal and Whatsapp or Messaging apps.
