I'm eating a grilled cheese sandwich at the moment. I.e. a toastie with a slice of ham and 3 slices of a pomodori tomato in between some slices of, yeah, cheese Half an orange after that. Almost a daily routine this have become.

Jalna organic Blueberry yogurt, no added sugar, sweetened with blueberry juice only................so lovely and sour. Stops me feeling so nausiated all the time.

Almost half a big organic rockmelon (canteloupe) MMMM

About to go get some tiny organic lady fingers. Taste nothing like ordinary bananas, very tangy.

I love fruit but my kids and husband are not so keen, don't get it really.

1. scotch fillet steak with a dusting of "steak spice" patted into it (fried for 4 mins on each side at medium high heat in sunflower oil).
2. i sauteed a very large mushroom in butter. it's volume reduced by 40% during cooking.

i had 1 plate for the steak, and another plate for the mushroom, and another plate for the fruit chutney that i anointed the steak with.
i had a special spoon dedicated to the chutney jar, and i had paper towels to wipe my eating utensils after every mouthful. i like to clean my fork and knife after each mouthful.
i can not cut and eat the butter fried mushroom with a knife and fork that has traces of chutney and steak on it.

after that i drank 500ml of coffee flavored chilled milk.

The same thing I eat every morning for breakfast--a sesame bagel with scrambled egg, cheese and bacon.

And given that it is five minutes to noon, it is time to go and get my Greek salad for lunch.

Dinner is really the only place with much variety in my diet. Which is odd, because I love to cook.

I just finished dinner. Risotto with jalapeno and habanero peppers, made with minced garlic, chicken stock, white wine, saffron and butter. To go with that, I seared a steak and sliced it to go with the risotto
