What personality trait or behaviour of yours most annoys, confuses or makes normals impatient?

For me its being over inclusive in detail, telling every detail of how Ive come to some decision or action and including what they would consider irrelevant information.

Yep, I'd always question why I was expected to do something which didn't make sense, or appeared to be a waste of time.

I'd always go against the grain as well, but I think that was because I hadn't been diagnosed as a child and I felt the need to make it obvious I was different whenever the opportunity presented itself.

When I was younger I used to correct people. My brothers used to tease me because if I started a sentence with "Well actually..." they knew they were in for a lecture about some random topic Id go on and on about that they dont really care to know anything about. It was usually because of some off handed comment from them before I really started to understand humor and sarcasm.
In other words, I was a 'know it all'.

Their inability to read me. They can stare deeply at me and be unable to interpret what I am thinking. This unsettles them.

My inconsistencies of many things.

When people thought I'm reckless when I gotten cautious, they get surprised. Same with the opposite; if people thought I'm cautious when I've gotten reckless...

When I have days I'm very reliable, people don't know this won't last.
When I have days I'm very unreliable, people would assume this usually is the case.

When people thought I'm too emotional, when people thought I'm too rational, when people thought I'm too irrational, when people thought I'm too cold hearted and numb... When people thought I'm too nonsensical, when people thought I'm too ground-to-earth...

They just don't know when.
