I haven't drank in about a month. Too much going on or something. Got into some baileys tonight though. On my second cup.

Had a few vodka's mixed with soft drinks tonight. The heat/temperature of today is making the alcohol feel more potent,

On the gin and diet tonic again this afternoon. Never gives me a hangover and I never get drunk.

Tonight/This Morning I've experienced the delights of:

1 500ml bottle Hobgoblin Ruby Ale

1 500ml bottle McEwan's Champion Ale

1 500ml bottle St Austell Mena Dhu Stout

The first two are strong ales (6.6% and 7.4%), the third is a Cornish ale which is rather more modest (4.5%). First time I've tried the last mentioned, it's not bad and I'm about to embark on a second bottle, after which I'll call it a day.... :drunken:

Is it very important to have water between pints of lager when your drinking socially

I prefer drinking at home as it's cheaper and you can listen to your own choice of music etc.

I wouldn't bother with a 3.4 % beer, it'a like piss water imo.
